Our Story

Built from Real Frustration with Broken Systems

We started SparklyOn in early 2022 because we were tired of watching businesses drown in financial busy work. Spreadsheets that break, manual processes that waste hours, and systems that just don't talk to each other.

How We Got Here

Back in 2021, I was consulting for a manufacturing company in Đồng Nai. They had seven people just moving data between systems every day. Copy from this invoice, paste into that report, check if everything matches. It was exhausting to watch.

The owner knew it was inefficient but didn't know where to start fixing it. And honestly? Most "solutions" out there were either too expensive or too complicated for a mid-sized Vietnamese business.

So we built something different. Not a massive enterprise system that takes months to implement. Just practical tools that actually solve the problems we kept seeing over and over.

Financial workflow optimization in action

What Drives Our Work

These aren't just nice words on a wall. They're the things we actually check ourselves against when making decisions.

Practical Above Perfect

We'd rather give you something that works today than promise a perfect solution in six months. Real progress beats theoretical excellence every time.

Transparent Pricing

No hidden fees or surprise charges. You know exactly what you're paying for and why. We've been burned by unclear pricing too, so we just don't do it.

Local Understanding

We know how Vietnamese businesses actually operate. Not just the theory from textbooks, but the reality of dealing with multiple tax requirements and regional variations.

Build for Real Use

Our tools get tested by actual businesses before they reach you. If something's confusing or doesn't work right, we fix it. Simple as that.

Actual Support

When you email or call, you talk to someone who can actually help. Not a script reader, not an automated system. A real person who understands the product.

Grow With You

What works for a 15-person company won't work for 150. We build systems that scale without requiring a complete overhaul when you expand.

Who Actually Builds This

Small team, but we've all spent years dealing with financial systems that frustrated us. That experience shapes everything we create.

Founder & Financial Systems Architect

I started my career fixing accounting messes for small manufacturers in the Mekong Delta. Spent five years watching businesses struggle with systems that weren't designed for how they actually work.

Before SparklyOn, I was at a regional consulting firm where I saw the same problems everywhere. Companies paying for expensive software they barely used. Teams spending hours on manual work that could be automated. Financial data scattered across too many places.

The breaking point came when a textile company showed me their month-end close process. Three full days, six people, dozens of spreadsheets. I knew there had to be a better approach.

Our Journey So Far

Not a typical startup story. Just steady progress solving real problems for actual businesses.

01

The First Client

March 2022

A furniture manufacturer in Bình Dương let us rebuild their invoicing workflow. They were skeptical, which made sense. But after two months, they cut their processing time by 60%. That validation meant everything to us.

02

Expanding Beyond Invoicing

August 2023

Clients kept asking if we could help with expense tracking, then budget management, then financial reporting. We listened and built what they actually needed, not what we thought they should want.

Regional Growth

January 2025

Now working with 35 businesses across southern Vietnam. From small family operations to companies with 200+ employees. Each one teaches us something new about what actually works in practice versus theory.
